Don’t Be Part of the Spectacle; Help LaRouche Put the Whole Wall Street Circus Out of Business

The 2024 U.S. Presidential election has already been turned into a shameful spectacle. We have a sitting President who is manifestly incompetent for anything other than following the financial  Establishment’s instructions to push Russia and China to the brink of nuclear war, and keeping the banks’ $2 quadrillion speculative bubble afloat. One of his leading opponents has been gratuitously indicted on 91 felony counts in the middle of the campaign season. Another has been denied Secret Service protection, despite the fact that a heavily armed impersonator of a Federal Marshal was detained as he tried to gain entry to a campaign rally.

If you think that these terror tactics are designed to kill, jail, and/or silence any opposition voices, you are right – but only partly right. More fundamentally, they are designed to terrify anyone in the opposition – including you – into narrowing down your field of vision to what they tell you is safe and acceptable thoughts and behavior. If you are on the left, you can rant all you like against the right; if you are on the right, you can rage till you’re blue in the face against the left. You can tie yourself in knots over the U.S. election, and stay narrowly focused on the hot button issues of the day that they feed you. If you do all of that – the message is clear – then they might not drive you out of business, jail you, or kill you.

But what they don’t want you to discuss, or even think about, are the decisive international strategic issues which can actually put the Wall Street and City of London financial Establishment out of business altogether – such as the U.S. returning to the roots of the American System and joining forces with the Global Majority, including the BRICS nations, to put the entire financial system through bankruptcy reorganization.

That’s where Lyndon LaRouche comes into the equation. LaRouche was jailed for five years by the Establishment to try to break him, and his movement. But not only did he keep fighting; most importantly, he never narrowed down his fields of vision and concern, from solving the global strategic crisis to the apparently practical, simpler issues that would have been far safer.

Nor should you. Real courage means not only standing up to death threats and jailings. It means always thinking creatively on an international scale – as Lyndon LaRouche did throughout his life, and is being carried on today by his wife, Helga Zepp-LaRouche.

We have a unique opportunity in the weeks and months ahead to bring about a total paradigm shift in the U.S. and globally, by getting the U.S. to return to its own American System roots and join with nations such as China, Russia and the BRICS to rebuild the world’s physical economy – as we have detailed in our program to create 1.5 billion new, productive jobs worldwide.

The LaRouche movement’s role in bringing about this change is decisive. We are, and remain, as Ramsey Clark famously said, “a fertile engine of ideas.”

Please give us funds commensurate with that responsibility we have taken on our shoulders. Our joint responsibility is to defeat the censorship and these ongoing witch hunts, to ensure that the U.S. and international political process can mature and consolidate the firm foundation of “Peace through Development.” Don’t be part of the spectacle.
